  • 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese or dairy-free alternative, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat and Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized casserole dish with olive oil.
